## What you’ll do 📍Lead Robinhood’s institutional business development strategy and execution across the UK, while driving growth across EMEA/MENA. 📍Develop, onboard, and manage relationships with institutional clients — including asset managers, banks, and trading firms. 📍Act as a key point of contact and relationship manager for top-tier clients post-onboarding, ensuring satisfaction and growth. 📍Represent Robinhood at key industry events, conferences, and, where appropriate, with regulatory stakeholders. 📍Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to optimize client experience and deliver region-specific strategies. 📍Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and client feedback to refine go-to-market strategy and influence the product roadmap. 📍Maintain up-to-date records on client engagement and pipeline activity using CRM and reporting tools. 📍Travel as needed (approximately 5–10%) across regions to support client and market needs. ## What you bring 📍Proven experience in institutional sales, business development, or strategic partnerships—particularly within asset management or banking sectors. 📍Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, digital asset markets, and financial infrastructure. 📍A strong network of institutional contacts in the UK and/or broader EMEA region. 📍Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 📍A flexible, self-starter mindset — comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. 📍Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. 📍Demonstrated ability to manage and scale client portfolios while meeting ambitious performance goals. **If this role isn’t the perfect fit, there are plenty of exciting opportunities in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency startups, and remote crypto jobs to explore.
