Insurance Sales and Service Representative I – Bilingual
Job Description:
- Provide insurance quotes and utilize selling techniques to close sales
- Provide a high level of support and consultation as it relates to quoting, selling and servicing insurance policies
- Resolve customer complaints and seek management assistance for complaint resolution
- Monitor and maintain a closed loop feedback process to ensure customer requests and expectations are exceeded
- Establish open communication and build professional relationships with other departments
- Execute specialty team processes and strategies as assigned by OnStar Insurance leadership
Requirements:
- Must hold current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least (1) U.S. State or be able to obtain within 30 days of start date required.
- Possibility of working long hours may be required to support business needs
- Limited travel may be required to support business needs
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, holidays and potential shift changes
- Occasional overtime or split shifts may be required
- 0-2 years of customer service experience Preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred
