This role sits at the intersection of product, go‑to‑market, pricing, and operations, partnering closely with product leadership to drive adoption and execution.</p><p>You’ll help shape and execute go‑to‑market efforts, support sales and regional teams, own pricing support, and influence how the product shows up for customers.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><div><p><b>Support the product vision and roadmap </b>by contributing market, customer, and competitive insights that inform strategy and prioritization.<br /><b>Drive go‑to‑market execution and adoption</b> by partnering with Product, IT, and regional teams on launches, rollouts, and expansion into new platforms and channels.<br /><b>Monitor performance and customer feedback </b>to improve adoption, retention, and customer stickiness, and inform future product and operational decisions.</p><p></p></div></li></ul></div><p><span><b>Required Qualifications</b></span></p><ul><li><span>3+ years in product strategy, market research, customer discovery, competitive analysis, product analytics, business analytics, or senior analyst roles </span></li><li><span>Demonstrated experience supporting pricing models, or revenue analytics.</span></li><li><span>Strong analytical skillset (SQL, Excel) and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)</span></li><li><span>Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into action.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><h3><b>The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia and will require commuting to office.</b>  Employer will not sponsor a visa for this position.  Must be currently in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself.</h3><h3><b><span>Job Grade: 20G</span></b></h3><h3><b><span>Last day to apply internally: 3/18/26 @ 11:59pm EST</span></b></h3><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Employee Type:</b></p>Permanent<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Other Criteria: </b></p><p>Employer will sponsor visas for specific positions.
