K1 IRS tax prep for an LLC- bookeeping is complete

We need a K1 prepared for an LLC (an investment condo) with 5 partners. I can send you last years. The property is mostly fully depreciated. THe bookeeping is up to date. We are hoping to meet the March 15 deadline.
