Role and Responsibilities:
As a K12 Educator at Success Academy, you will design and deliver engaging lessons while creating a classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, respect, and growth. You will work closely with colleagues to implement instructional activities that support student achievement and holistic development.
- Create and execute lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom culture
- Deliver differentiated instruction to address diverse student needs
- Assess student progress using formal and informal methods
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff to foster learning success
- Collaborate with teachers to design interdisciplinary learning experiences
- Engage in professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students and colleagues
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet varied learning needs
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching certification or eligibility for certification
- Prior classroom teaching experience (optional)
- Experience with diverse student populations
