Lead Guest Experience Associate
Job Summary
Milea Estate Vineyard is seeking a hospitality-driven Lead Guest Experience Associate to help guide daily tasting room and wine shop operations.
This role leads by example on the floor while remaining actively involved in guest service and sales.
What You’ll Do
Guest Experience Leadership
- Lead guest check-in and seating flow
- Monitor service pacing and guest satisfaction
- Resolve minor guest concerns in the moment
- Support wine club and bottle sales
- Maintain positive energy and hospitality standards
Shop Operations Support
- Execute opening and closing procedures
- Monitor daily reservations
- Maintain shop presentation and cleanliness
- Assist with restocking and merchandising
- Answer phones and emails to guest inquiries
Team Support
- Support team members during service
- Communicate service issues to management
- Help uphold service standards and sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Hospitality or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence discussing and recommending wine
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
Compensation
- Hourly wage plus tips
- Performance-based commission opportunities
