Job Description:
- Build a team of researchers to surface unseen opportunities and influence business direction
- Encourage creative thinking to drive business decisions
- Partner with various teams to create competitive advantage
- Engage internal and external partners to uncover pain points and unmet needs
- Develop team culture promoting health and development
Requirements:
- 10+ years leading mixed methods research supporting product innovation and development
- 5+ years of experience in ads
- 3+ years of experience leading teams of researchers specializing in qualitative/quantitative studies
- Clear, demonstrable experience as a product researcher or similar role
- Effective verbal and written communication style
