We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing & PR Manager to help lead the marketing efforts across our portfolio and this posting is for a a currently existing role. In this role. you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, overseeing content creation and digital campaigns, driving brand awareness, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize overall marketing effectiveness.


Strategic Planning & Multi-Venue Portfolio Management

  • Manage marketing efforts across a portfolio of distinct hospitality brands, balancing priorities, timelines, and resourcing across venues to drive awareness, engagement and growth.
  • Build and own an integrated 360 Marketing Plan & Calendar that ties together venue programming for Key Consumption Periods (KCPs), content, production, social media, paid media, and influencer relations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand competitive and relevant.


Content & Social Media

  • Manage content development and execution across channels (social media, email, website, etc.) ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
  • Support on-site content shoot production across venues (including Hotel X, Kasa, and Parc Ave), coordinating logistics, shot list development, and on-set direction with internal creative talent (photographers and videographers) as needed.


Programming, Events & Activation Execution

  • Own end-to-end operational execution of venue programming, promotions, and special events in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.


Paid Media & Influencer Relations

  • Plan and manage paid media campaigns (social, search, display) and track ROI.
  • Support influencer relations including outreach, bookings, and coordination with venues, as needed.
  • Build relationships with audience, potential customers, industry professionals, influencers, and other media channels.


PR Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate interviews, press releases, and media events.
  • Plan and execute press events, media tours, venue launches, and other PR-related events.
  • Ensure events are well-organized, engaging, and effectively communicate key messages.


Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build and maintain reporting that connects social media engagement, restaurant covers, and revenue to measure the impact of marketing efforts across the portfolio.
  • Coordinate with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What You’ll Need

  • 3–5 years of experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer-focused industries.
  • Experience managing marketing across multiple brands, locations, or venues simultaneously.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields
  • Proven track record of executing successful digital and brand marketing campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting, content planning, and creative direction skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Familiarity with hospitality tools such as OpenTable (including Experiences), Eventbrite and Mailchimp.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Experience with influencer outreach, PR coordination, and/or event marketing.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content creation, distribution, and engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with our portfolio teams, cross-functional departments, and stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
