Material Handler

Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise, including unloading and unpacking boxes, verifying quantities, and organizing items for distribution to the sales floor. Maintain accurate inventory records by tracking all incoming and outgoing products and reporting any discrepancies. Ensure that all merchandise is properly labeled and tagged with accurate pricing information. Restock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor in a timely manner, following company guidelines and procedures. Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and easily accessible for customers. Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed, and help identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Keep the stockroom and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe and professional work environment. Communicate effectively with managers and team members to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns related to merchandise. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and loss prevention to protect company assets and maintain a safe working environment.
