Job Description:
Initiate call to US Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors/Physician ಅನ್ನ part of to know claim status and insurance verification, follow‑up with Insurance Company to inquire status of outstanding claims.
Collection: Make outbound calls and follow up on the overdue accounts while ensuring timely payment of claims and receiving payment information if the claims have been processed.
Denും Management: Examine claims in case of rejection and check reasons for denials to ensureutan deliverables meet quality standards. Experience with Insurance Eligibility Verification.
Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries regarding invoice payment terms and account balances.
