Position Overview:
Join our growing team as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in mental health. You’ll enjoy autonomy, close patient relationships, and a supportive environment that prioritizes compliance and streamlined workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Manage medication and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with therapists and administrative staff
- Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation
- Support compliance with HIPAA and state guidelines
- 1099 employee
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Kansas
- Experience in mental health/psychiatric care preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with EHR systems (not required)
- Commitment to patient privacy and regulatory compliance
- Strong knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, pharmacology (including psychopharmacology), and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
