Nurse Practitioner Urgent Care | Full Time
We’re seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners to become part of our growing Urgent Care team. Whether you're a seasoned provider or a recent graduate, you'll thrive in our modern, well-equipped clinics designed to support clinical excellence and patient-focused care. Preference will be given to those certified as Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs).
Position Summary:
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering prompt care for non-life-threatening conditions. You’ll gain valuable experience and mentorship in clinical evaluation, diagnostics, and therapeutic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
- Diagnose and manage a range of acute conditions
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Perform basic procedures (e.g., wound care, suturing)
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans
- Accurately document clinical encounters
Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
- Master of Science in Nursing, with FNP or ACNP certification preferred
- Open to new NP graduates
- Prior RN experience in urgent care, ER, or ICU settings
- Solid diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
