Online Support Specialist
We’re looking for a friendly and tech-savvy Online Support Specialist to join our remote team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers and solving problems in a fast-paced online environment.
In this role, you’ll respond to customer inquiries through chat and email, troubleshoot basic technical or account-related issues, and guide users step-by-step to resolve their concerns. You’ll also document interactions accurately and elevate more complex issues when necessary.
The ideal candidate has strong written communication skills, good problem-solving abilities, and basic computer knowledge. You should be comfortable multitasking, working independently, and providing professional support in an online setting. Previous customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
