Order Entry Analyst

A company is looking for an Order Entry Analyst to manage order entry and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage order entry, review, and approval in Salesforce for invoiced accounts
  • Generate invoices and complete billing reconciliations to ensure timely invoicing
  • Handle customer requests for refunds and evaluate compliance with company policy
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Products
  • Salesforce and Intacct experience is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
