Part-Time HR / Admin Support for High-End Wellness & Hospitality Business (San Francisco Based)
We are a well-established, high-end wellness and hospitality business in San Francisco seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR/Admin professional to support our growing team. This is San Francisco Based ONLY.
This is a part-time role (approximately 5–10 hours per week to start) with potential to grow. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment, understands hospitality culture, and can bring structure, organization, and follow-through to our internal operations.
HR Support
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure I-9 compliance and maintain personnel files
- Assist with employee documentation, policies, and handbook updates
- Coordinate benefits administration and employee communications
-Support performance review processes
-Help maintain compliance with California labor laws
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized digital HR records
- Support payroll coordination (in partnership with accounting)
- Track PTO and employee requests
- Assist with recruiting coordination (posting roles, scheduling interviews, candidate communication)
- General administrative support to leadership team
