This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and keeping systems running smoothly behind the scenes.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><br> </div><ul> <li>Create and review invoices from completed orders</li> <li>Verify pricing, quantities, and purchase order details</li> <li>Assist with billing workflows in Printavo and QuickBooks Online</li> <li>Flag discrepancies or missing information before invoices are sent</li> <li>Maintain organized digital records and assist with administrative tasks</li> </ul><div> <strong>What We’re Looking For<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently</li> <li>Comfortable following structured processes while spotting issues proactively</li> <li>Organized, reliable, and solution-focused mindset</li> <li>Prior invoicing, admin, or bookkeeping experience preferred</li> <li>QuickBooks Online or production/order software experience is a plus</li> </ul><div> <strong>Compensation</strong><br><br>Starting at $15.00 per hour, based on experience.<br><br><strong>Work Environment<br></strong><br>Remote or In-Office Flexibility<br><br>Flexible part-time schedule with weekday availability preferred</div> </div> <p>This is a remote position.</p>
