Part-Time Nanny in Parsons Green, London SW6, UK

Part-Time Nanny, SW6 (Returning Client)
Parsons Green, SW6

Start: Flexible / ASAP for the right candidate

£20–24 gross per hour (some flexibility for the right person)

Approx. 25 hours per week (potential to increase to ~30 hours)

One baby & one boy aged 6

Calm, well-mannered family dog

We are pleased to be supporting one of our returning clients in the search for a warm, engaging, and playful nanny to support their growing family. This role is all about finding the right personality fit, someone who is genuinely enthusiastic about spending time with both children and becoming a positive, caring presence in their daily lives.

While a significant portion of the role will involve caring for the baby, it is essential that the nanny is equally invested in building a meaningful relationship with the family’s 6-year-old son. He is curious, social, and loves to be involved, particularly when it comes to play, activities, and cooking, and the family are keen to find someone who will make him feel included, valued, and wanted.

Working Pattern & Flexibility

The family are open and flexible on structure for the right nanny, but the role will broadly include:

Around 25 hours per week, with the potential to increase to approximately 30

At least 3 afternoons/early evenings between Monday and Thursday, working until 7.00–7.30pm to support with dinner and bedtime routines

Fridays do not need to run as late

Ideally 4 working days per week (3 days considered only for an exceptional fit)

At least one day with an earlier start, allowing support during the day before school pick-up

The family are happy to shape the schedule around the right candidate — flexibility is key on both sides.
