If so, we want to hear from you!</p><p>We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to become part of our elite remote triage team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing high-quality assessments, guidance, and care coordination through telephone and digital platforms.</p><p>This position demands a confident, independent nurse with a solid clinical background, exceptional judgment, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. You will work in a supportive remote environment, improving patient outcomes and experiences across various primary and specialty care settings.</p><p><b>Work Schedule:</b></p><ol><li>Saturday/Sunday - 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST</li></ol><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Handle inbound calls from patients and initiate outbound calls to ensure patient care.</li><li>Conduct clinical assessments using established protocols and triage patients effectively.</li><li>Manage patient communications through the patient portal, create orders, and direct them to the appropriate parties.</li><li>Provide administrative assistance regarding patient and provider needs related to FMLA, ADA, and LTD/STD.</li><li>Communicate seamlessly with healthcare providers as necessary.</li><li>Execute other responsibilities to uphold our values and fulfill our mission.</li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Registered Nurse with an active and unencumbered e-NCL Licensure.</li><li>California RN Licensure is mandatory.</li><li>Demonstrated clinical proficiency in nursing practices.</li><li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Ability to adhere to approved procedures and clinical guidelines.</li><li>Experience with Electronic Medical Records such as EPIC, Cerner, or Greenway.</li><li>Proficient in using Windows-based software, including Adobe, MS Word, MS Excel, and faxing tools.</li><li>A minimum of 5 years in direct patient care settings, including Emergency Department, Labor and Delivery, or Critical Care; Women's Health or Labor and Delivery experience is preferred.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in Adult Nursing is required.</li></ul><p><b>Work Environment:</b></p><ul><li>Work remotely in a private HIPAA-compliant workspace.</li><li>Possess necessary company equipment to perform job functions.</li><li>Maintain stable broadband Internet access (min. 24 mbps download and 4 mbps upload speed).</li></ul><p><b>Compensation and Benefits:</b></p><p>The target salary range for this position is $25 to $30 per hour, determined by various factors including skills, experience, and other relevant considerations.</p><p>In addition to competitive pay, our team members enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:</p><ul><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.</li><li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA).</li><li>Company-paid short- and long-term disability.</li><li>Employee Assistance Program.</li><li>Life Insurance and Accident Insurance.</li><li>401(k) retirement plan with company matching.</li></ul><p><b>Physical Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Able to hear in a normal range and use a headset/earpiece.</li><li>Good visual acuity to read computer screens and documents.</li><li>Ability to sit for extended periods while taking calls.</li></ul><p>We welcome qualified applicants who are dedicated to delivering quality work.
