People Programs Manager

## Key Responsibilities: 📍Design, implement, and manage People programs focused on employee engagement,learning & development, and performance management. 📍Act as a key partner to People Business Partner, People Ops, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution. 📍Analyze data and employee feedback to assess program effectiveness, recommending improvements based on insights and industry best practices. 📍Partner on change management efforts related to People program rollouts, ensuring clear communication and adoption across the organization. 📍Support Uniswap in being an inclusive space through initiatives, integrating DEI principles into People programs. 📍Partner with People leads to develop scalable strategies that enhance employee experience and drive business outcomes. 📍Stay updated on People trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously evolve People programs. ## Requirements: 📍5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience. 📍Ability to work in our New York City based SoHo offices. 📍Proven track record of managing People programs with measurable impact on employee engagement and business success. 📍Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret People data and translate insights into action. 📍Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 📍Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. 📍Proficiency in common people/HR software (HRIS, Lattice, Google Suite). 📍Experience working in a growing or evolving organization is a plus. **If you’re passionate about blockchain and decentralized technologies, explore more opportunities in web3 and cryptocurrency careers.**
