Principal Account Manager, Retail CPG

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the CPG market, including top brands and manufacturers Create and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase sales for both Amazon and our CPG partners Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the CPG industry, utilizing market knowledge and industry trends Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, handling all communication and negotiations Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure successful account management and execution of strategies Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities Provide regular reporting and updates on account performance and progress towards goals Stay updated on industry news and trends, as well as competitor activities, to inform account management strategies Lead and mentor a team of account managers to ensure success and growth within the CPG market Represent Amazon at industry events and conferences, showcasing our capabilities and building relationships with potential clients.</p><p>Amazon is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
