<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Production Operator</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Valencia, CA USA 91355</p><p><strong>Duration: </strong>12 Month contract (Potential Temp to Perm)</p><p><strong>Payrate:</strong> $21/hr.</p><p><strong>Shift</strong>: 1st Shift (6AM - 2:30 PM)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p> The Production Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. This role involves following safety procedures, maintaining production standards, and supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.</li><li>Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.</li><li>Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting.</li><li>Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.</li><li>Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.</li><li>Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.</li><li>Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns promptly.</li><li>Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.</li><li>Ability to operate basic production machinery and tools.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.</li><li>Basic communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>
