QA/QC Quality Lead (Chem Manufacturing)

Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, 815am to 6pm

• Transport provided at Boon lay, Jurong East, Outram, Bedok

• S$5000-6000 x 13months; Variable bonus: 15% of ABS

Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance: 

• Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures. 

• Conduct audits and assessments to identify potential areas for improvement. 

• Manage certification audits and maintain compliance including ISO Integrated System (9001, 14001, 45001) and Halal etc.  

• Management Representative for ISO Integrated System 

• Collaborate with production/development teams to establish quality standards and ensure adherence to them. 

• Monitor product/service quality metrics, analyze data, and provide reports to management. 

• Track, investigate, and resolve customer complaints and product issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed. 

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality-related risks and develop risk mitigation plans. 

Product/Process Improvement: 

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

• Implement statistical tools and quality methodologies to analyze and improve processes. 

• Collaborate with R&D or engineering teams to introduce new products or implement product changes with quality in mind. 

Quality Control: 

• Oversee the testing and inspection of products and processes to ensure quality standards are met. 

• Develop and maintain inspection procedures and inspection criteria. 

• Work with procurement to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components. 

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry or related field

• 3 years of experience in quality management in manufacturing industry

• Experience in quality engineering/quality assurance

• SAP knowledge

• Product BOM/Master Recipe/COA profile setup etc. is an advantage
