Regional Sales Manager – US Southwest

Job Description:

  • Work closely with Sales, Dealer Development, Customer Experience, and Dealer Marketing teams
  • Drive dealership sales and develop relationships with staff
  • Conduct market analysis and respond to trends
  • Implement sales campaigns and promotions
  • Identify and recruit new dealers

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement
  • Proven sales experience in powersports industry or dealership preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work various hours including weekends
