Registration Officer KHDA school experience only

The Registration Specialist is responsible for managing and processing student admissions and enrollment, maintaining accurate student records, and ensuring compliance with school and regulatory requirements. The role provides support to parents, students, and staff throughout the registration process and helps ensure a smooth and positive admissions experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Admissions & Enrollment

  • Manage the full registration cycle for new and returning students.
  • Verify and process application forms and supporting documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate assessments, interviews, and school tours.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory authority requirements (e.g., KHDA/MOE, if applicable).
  • Issue offer letters, acceptance confirmations, and enrollment documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student information.

Records & Data Management

  • Create and update student profiles in the school database.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of student records.
  • Track enrollment numbers and prepare regular reports.
  • Maintain secure filing systems (digital and physical).

Parent & Student Support

  • Respond to registration-related inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Guide parents through admission and re-registration procedures.
  • Provide clear information on requirements, fees, timelines, and policies.
  • Assist with transfer, withdrawal, and clearance processes.

Compliance & Coordination

  • Ensure all registrations adhere to school and government policies.
  • Coordinate with finance for fee invoicing and payments.
  • Liaise with academic and administrative departments as required.
  • Support audits and inspections when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, Business, or related field.
  • Previous experience in school admissions, registrar services, or customer service preferred.
  • Familiarity with school information systems or databases is an advantage.
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies (e.g., KHDA/MOE) is preferred where applicable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
