[Remote] Field Clinical Specialist Supervisor, CRM (Denmark, based in the Copenhagen region)

In this pivotal role, you will lead and mentor a team of Field Clinical Specialists, ensuring clinical excellence and contributing to the division's growth through coaching and team management.


Responsibilities

  • Focus primarily on case support, using clinical expertise to influence customer usage of the full product portfolio. Primarily in the local country but could also be in other Nordic and Baltic countries from time to time
  • Provide field clinical, technical, and educational support across various layers to the Regional organization and Business
  • Contribute to business expansion, driving clinical support AND ensuring clinical selling to “Get the next case” in their accounts
  • Orchestrate and distribute clinical workload of FCS team when needed, to secure prioritizing in-line with the segmented accounts
  • Provide coaching and training to FCS reports
  • Develop physician training plan

Skills

  • Preferably experienced in people/team leadership roles
  • Technical experience in a field clinical support capacity within CRM
  • Fluency in one Scandinavian language as well as English
  • Previous experience supporting medical devices in hospital environments
  • Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to provide comprehensive product and procedural training
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clinicians, hospital staff, and internal partners
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional cooperation and knowledge sharing
  • High personal drive, adaptability, and a focus on coaching and team development to achieve collective success
  • Ability to lead also in situations with less time for preparation, being able to make decisions and communicate based on what is best for the business, customers and from a team perspective
