[Remote] Financial Advisor II - Productivity and Labor Management

Baylor Scott & White Health is the largest not-for-profit healthcare system in Texas, and they are seeking a Financial Advisor II to serve as a key financial and operational partner. This role focuses on providing data-driven insights, developing productivity reporting, and supporting labor management and strategic decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develops, maintains, and enhances productivity and operational reports using Power BI
- Ensures accuracy, integrity, and consistency of workforce and financial data
- Designs and maintains staffing matrices and workforce planning tools to support safe, efficient staffing within labor budgets
- Updates and manages labor budget templates, processes, and forecasting models
- Analyzes trends in productivity, labor utilization, and operational performance; provides actionable recommendations to leadership
- Leads and facilitates educational sessions for hospital personnel on labor management principles and tools
- Partners with operational leaders to identify process improvement opportunities and optimize resource utilization
- Maintains professional growth through participation in continuing education and professional organizations to remain current on industry trends and best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, workforce analytics, operational analysis, or related field
- Background in Industrial Engineering or process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Healthcare workforce/labor management experience
