Remote Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Remote Loan Processor to manage active loan files in a private money lending environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple active loan files from intake through closing readiness
• Process construction, DSCR, fix-and-flip, and bridge loans, ensuring documentation is complete and conditions are met
• Order and track third-party items, coordinating closely with underwriters and borrowers

Required Qualifications

• Construction loan processing experience (required)
• DSCR processing experience (required)
• Fix-and-flip and bridge file processing experience (required)
• Investor non-owner-occupied lending processing experience (required)
• Private money or hard money background preferred
