Remove phone number from T-Mobile and Verizon spam list

I use the CRM system Close to contact leads. I have two phone numbers, but primarily use one of them. I typically send texts a day, make 30-50 calls a day on one number.

Lately people have told me that my number has been coming up as spam.

I used the website and saw that my number is flagged as spam on Verizon and T-Mobile (not AT&T).

I need someone to fix this problem.

On the Close CRM I am already following their directions to avoid getting flagged.

Contract duration of less than 1 month.
