We are seeking a Reservations Sales Specialist for our Central Reservations Team. *FULL TIME, AND PART TIME WORK-FROM-HOME POSITIONS AVAILABLE! *Accepting applicants who are residents within - Washington, South Carolina, Nevada, Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, Virginia or Florida - ONLY Please note: The schedule for this role will be: 9:00am/10am to 5:30pm/6:30pm PST and will include weekend shifts. Join our energetic and fun team representing our collection of luxury hotels around the country.RequirementsWhat you will do:<ul><li>Answer in-bound sales calls for luxury brand hotels and resorts across the U.S.</li><li>Respond to inquiries ensuring all guest needs are identified and options are proactively suggested</li><li>Ensure reservation and guest details are correctly entered into Property Management Systems</li><li>Promote seasonal packages and current promotions to our guests</li><li>Complete other administrative duties for the Reservations Department</li></ul>To be successful as a Reservations Sales Specialist, you will need:<ul><li>Previous reservations sales experience is preferred</li><li>Previous luxury hotel experience or customer service experience is preferred.</li><li>Sales focused with an ability to genuinely connect with customers.</li><li>Desire to learn and grown within the hotel and/or tourism industry.</li><li>Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality</li><li>Ability to work independently within a fast paced environment.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to multi-task</li><li>Must be very detailed oriented and have a professional demeanor</li><li>Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality</li></ul>When joining our team as Reservations Sales Specialist, you will receive:<ul><li>Work from Home!</li><li>Starting at $17.82 per hour + Opportunity for monthly incentive based on reservations completed.</li><li>Benefits offered for medical, dental, vision, On-Demand Pay - Your Pay before Payday, pet insurance, life insurance, 401K (with matching at one year) and travel perks around the country.</li><li>Opportunity to earn periodic Sales Incentives</li></ul>Our Culture:The Noble House Hotels & Resorts philosophy emphasizes "location, distinction, and soul."
