Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Greet guests, serve delicious food, and manage payments at the cash register to provide a memorable dining experience
- Keep the restaurant clean, tidy, and inviting for every visitor
- Follow all operational and safety guidelines to ensure the highest food quality and freshness
- Take on different roles including front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen to keep things moving smoothly in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with teammates in a positive, fun environment to achieve daily goals

What We Look For
- Friendly and team-oriented attitude
- Operations or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Some high school education
- Food Handler certification may be required, based on local rules (can be obtained at your own expense)
Physical and Job Requirements
You’ll need to stand for extended periods, sometimes in a warm and busy kitchen with limited space. Responsibilities include handling hot and cold foods, working with kitchen equipment, and maintaining accuracy at a quick pace. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and serve guests across 36-inch counters. Effective communication, adaptability, and conflict management skills are important to succeed here.
