Senior Accounts Receivable Clerk
<p><strong>Location: </strong>Mather, CA</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Pay: </strong>$25 – $28 per hour (DOE)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Immediate Hire – High-Volume Environment</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are a fast-growing IT Asset Management and electronics recycling company seeking a high-performing Accounts Receivable professional who thrives in a structured, high-volume environment.</p><p><br></p><p>This is not an entry-level role. We process 200–300 invoices per month, and we need someone who can own the AR function with confidence, accuracy, and urgency.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are proactive, detail-obsessed, and comfortable managing collections while maintaining strong customer relationships, we want to speak with you immediately.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Will Own:</strong></p><p>· Generate and process 200–300 customer invoices per month accurately and on time</p><p>· Apply daily cash receipts and reconcile accounts without supervision</p><p>· Monitor AR aging and aggressively follow up on past-due balances</p><p>· Resolve billing discrepancies quickly with operations and customers</p><p>· Perform monthly AR reconciliations and support month-end close</p><p>· Maintain clean and accurate customer records in QuickBooks or ERP</p><p>· Prepare reporting for management on collections and AR trends</p><p>· Drive accountability in the billing process across departments</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Experience:</strong></p><p>· 5–7 years of dedicated Accounts Receivable experience (required)</p><p>· Experience in manufacturing, recycling, logistics, or industrial accounting strongly preferred</p><p>· Strong QuickBooks or ERP experience</p><p>· Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reconciliations)</p><p>· Proven track record managing collections professionally and effectively</p><p>· Highly organized and deadline-driven</p><p>· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p>· $25 – $28 per hour based on experience</p><p>· Full-time stable position</p><p>· Health, dental, and additional insurance options</p><p>· Paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays</p><p>· Retirement plan</p><p>· Growth opportunity within a scaling organization</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking to fill this role immediately.
