<p>SERVICE ADVISOR / COUNTER HELP</p><p><br></p><p> Full-Time | Monday–Friday + Some Saturdays (8:00am–2:00pm)</p><p><br></p><p>At Cromwell Automotive, we are looking for the person who keeps the entire service department organized and moving. This role requires someone who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment where there is rarely a dull moment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><p> • Provide strong phone communication with a variety of customer types</p><p> • Greet customers and accurately document repair needs</p><p> • Write clear repair orders and communicate with technicians</p><p> • Provide accurate estimates and timelines</p><p> • Schedule appointments and manage workflow</p><p> • Order parts and coordinate repairs</p><p> • Maintain proper inventory levels using Tekmetric management software</p><p> • Assist with counter sales for automotive and outdoor power equipment</p><p><br></p><p>What We Are Looking For</p><p><br></p><p> • Organized and detail-oriented</p><p> • Comfortable discussing repairs and pricing</p><p> • Strong multitasking ability</p><p> • Automotive knowledge preferred</p><p> • Outdoor power equipment knowledge strongly preferred</p><p> • Familiarity with 2-cycle and 4-cycle engines</p><p><br></p><p>Compensation</p><p><br></p><p> • $20–$35 per hour based on experience</p><p> • Full-time position</p><p> • Monday–Friday schedule</p><p> • Some Saturdays 8:00am–2:00pm</p><p><br></p><p>If you are ready to be part of a growing, professional team, we encourage you to apply.</p><p>Call Rodney at (860) 613-2355</p><p><br></p><p> Applicants are welcome to apply in person at Cromwell Automotive</p>
