Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surabaya for a Shaker Maker. The Shaker Maker will be responsible for creating, assembling, and testing shaker systems according to specifications. The role requires using technical tools and equipment, strictly following safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards. Collaboration with team members to ensure efficient processes and on-time delivery is also essential.

Qualifications

Technical and Mechanical Skills: Hands-on experience in assembling machinery, technical understanding of shaker systems, and troubleshooting capabilities. Attention to Detail and Safety Practices: Ability to follow instructions precisely, maintain quality standards, and comply with safety protocols. Collaboration and Communication Skills: Experience working effectively within a team and coordinating with other departments to meet objectives. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify, analyze, and solve technical and operational challenges efficiently. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, mechanics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or similar industries considered a strong asset.
