What the role entails Some of the key responsibilities of our Software Developer will be: <ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6"> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"> Design and develop web applications and systems in various programming languages, mainly in C#, utilizing industry best practices and standards. </li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"> Secure, refine and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code. </li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"> Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. </li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"> Collaborate with other software developers, QA Engineers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the applications and systems. </li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"> Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals. </li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"> Maintain existing applications and services. </li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"> Analyse requirements and draft technical solutions. </li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"> Contribute to continuous improvement of the product. </li> </ul> For you, this is more than a role as a Software Developer. Essential skills: <ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6"> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">At least 3 years of working experience in Software Development (C#, Net 4.X, MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery).</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Strong knowledge in OOP, Design Principles and best practices.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Competence with CI/CD tools (Team City, Octopus Deploy).</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">A strong desire for continuous learning.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Able to communicate perfectly in both written and spoken English.</li> </ul> **Preferred skills: <ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6"> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"> Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS via Infrastructure as Code. </li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"> Experience with Angular or React. </li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"> Experience in Kendo UI, Bootstrap. </li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"> Familiarity with Agile development practices, including Scrum or Kanban. </li> </ul> What’s in it for you?
