Conducting on-site inspections at various supplier locations to ensure compliance with quality control standards set by the company. Developing and implementing inspection plans and procedures for each supplier. Communicating with suppliers regarding any non-compliance issues and working together to find solutions. Maintaining detailed records of all inspections and findings. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the quality control process. Identifying potential risks and issues with suppliers and proactively addressing them. Conducting audits of supplier facilities to ensure they are meeting quality standards. Staying up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to quality control. Providing recommendations for process improvements and cost savings. Representing Honeywell and maintaining a positive relationship with suppliers. Working closely with the sourcing and procurement team to select and onboard new suppliers. Collaborating with the quality assurance team to develop and implement quality control training programs for suppliers. Ensuring all products meet company and customer specifications. Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
