This on-site role involves overseeing all store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales to meet performance goals. The Store Manager will ensure customer satisfaction through personalized experiences, manage a team of retail associates, and ensure best practices in retail loss prevention while upholding VIOLET GREY's luxury brand standards. The position also requires maintaining an inspiring and well-organized store environment that reflects the company’s values.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience within the beauty industry (luxury preferred).</li><li>Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.</li><li>Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret sales data and drive performance strategies.</li><li>Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Passion for beauty, skincare, and luxury client service.</li><li>Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.</li></ul>
