Now Hiring: POC – Amazon Now Project

Xoom Delivery Services LLC is seeking an experienced and responsible Point of Contact (POC) to manage operations for the Amazon Now project.

This role requires strong operational control, leadership ability, and hands-on logistics experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage riders and drivers
• Ensure daily operational targets are achieved
• Monitor attendance, performance, and compliance
• Act as the main communication link between field team and management
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly
• Maintain discipline and reporting standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling Riders and Drivers
• Strong logistics / last-mile delivery experience
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
