TikTok Live-streaming Moderator

Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage 2 live streams daily as the control operator, ensuring smooth operations by monitoring the entire session and managing key moments such as pacing, engagement, limited-time offers, and overall atmosphere.
• Perform in-depth daily reviews of live stream performance metrics (e.g., viewership, engagement, conversion rate, return rate), and provide timely, actionable optimization strategies.
• Independently develop product lineup strategies, arranging product launch sequences based on profit margin, inventory, and traffic trends to maximize conversions.
• Be proficient in urgency-driven selling techniques, guiding the host at critical moments to boost sales.
• Actively manage host emotions, maintain high-energy interactions, and handle unexpected issues during live sessions to ensure continuous high performance of the stream.

Requirements:
• Familiar with TikTok live streaming rules, platform algorithms, and operational strategies, with hands-on experience in live stream control operations.
• Proven track record in successful live stream operations is a strong plus (portfolio or case studies are welcomed during the interview).
• Strong data analysis skills: capable of monitoring performance in real-time and quickly adjusting strategies during low-engagement periods to improve efficiency.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, result-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evening shifts and weekends, based on the live streaming schedule.
