Transmission Lineman

You should also have strong organizational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. We look forward to hearing from you. Responsibilities: Construct and maintain transmission lines in accordance with company standards and protocols. Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to safely and efficiently complete assigned tasks. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Communicate effectively and coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Monitor and inspect transmission lines on a regular basis to identify and address any issues. Perform emergency repairs in hazardous conditions and/or inclement weather. Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed. Provide training and support to other team members.
