Transportation Services Representative

Serve as the primary point of contact for all transportation inquiries and concerns from the public, providing timely and accurate information and assistance. Demonstrate a strong understanding of transportation policies, procedures, and regulations in order to effectively address customer needs. Utilize excellent customer service skills to create a positive and welcoming environment for all customers. Maintain a thorough knowledge of current and upcoming transportation projects and initiatives in order to inform and educate the public. Respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience. Provide support and assistance to individuals with special transportation needs or accommodations. Utilize various communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions to assist customers. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline transportation services for the community.
