<p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>We’re seeking <strong>Travel Nurse Recruiters</strong> from staffing agencies (*if you have <strong>Allied</strong>, feel free to apply as well*) to support a leading company specializing in <strong>healthcare staffing</strong>. This remote position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced travel nurse or allied recruiters to grow within a dynamic organization. If your experience is from the in-house environment, this will not be the right fit.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Type: Direct hire, Remote</strong></p><p><strong>Schedule: Regular day hours</strong></p><p><strong>Pay: $47,500 - $50,000 base. ($50,000 base will come after you hit a benchmark for active talent on assignment)</strong></p><p><strong>All in 1st Year: Average is around $80,000 - $100,000 for base plus commission</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Note: due to state restrictions, client cannot hire people from CA, CO, WA, or NY</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Travel Nurse Recruiter Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and attract qualified nurses for travel positions through various sourcing channels and referral networks.</li><li>Promote travel assignments by understanding candidates’ needs and providing tailored solutions.</li><li>Develop and implement outreach strategies to expand the candidate pool and maintain strong relationships.</li><li>Negotiate compensation packages while managing profit margins.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events and maintain accurate records of recruiting activities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Travel Nurse Recruiter Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience directly in Travel Nurse recruitment or Allied recruitment, from the staffing agency side, not in-house</li><li>Must be financially driven and internally motivated to succeed</li><li>Proven ability to source, qualify, and build relationships with candidates.</li><li>Proven experience having 20+ average for TOA / Talent on Assignment, high outbound call volume (300+), and significant candidate submissions per week (8+)</li><li>Must be a true hunter, not a post-and-wait style</li><li>Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>No deadline to apply.</p><p></p>
