Youlearn the core of what makes UNIQLO unique- customer focus, attention to detail, and efficiency.Youmaster:Customer service & fitting roomsDeliveries & replenishmentCheckout & omni-channel services.Leadership starts by understanding the details and owning them.prepared to be active and immerse yourself in real time operations; much of your learning will happen directly on the shop floor rather than in an office setting.Months 5Step forward. Take the lead.Now ityour turn to guide others. As a supervisor, youbegin leading daily operations while training colleagues and owning sales performance.Youtake on:Daily scheduling & team coordinationTraining & working alongside newer team membersOwnership of a key product categoryA key challenge at this stage is developing strong soft skills in people management and building trust across a diverse team.Resilience and analytical skills are key to thrive in this high-energy environment.Months 7Driving the BusinessThink bigger. In your final stage, youtake on broad operational responsibility alongside your Store Manager.Your responsibilities include:Sales floor layout & optimizationStaff development & training plansStore audits & maintaining brand standardsWeekly scheduling based on sales projectionsMonitoring sales KPIs and managing inventoryFrom team leader to business driver this is where your leadership comes to life.Youexposed to handling crisis and people's needs.requires discipline and problem-solving to navigate complex situations and provide a high customer experience.
