We ensure that resources are intuitive, easy to read, searchable and navigable, so that all employees across the globe in various roles, from distribution centers to pharmacies to field sales and corporate offices, can easily get the support they need.</em></strong></p> <p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">We are looking for a UX Designer who excels in a consultative role, adept at understanding user needs and translating them into effective and intuitive designs. The ideal candidate will ensure our products are accessible and engaging for global users from various backgrounds, with experience in research, design and content creation.</p> <ul class=" text-base class="text-gray-200">Conduct user research and usability testing to understand employee needs, pain points, and expectations regarding HR systems and processes.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Analyze data from user feedback, surveys, and usage patterns iterate on designs.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Design user experiences (UX) for HR applications across desktop and mobile, including webpages, articles, chatbot interactions and more.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span information architecture.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Organize content into categories, tags, and search terms to facilitate easy navigation and retrieval.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify content gaps and develop solutions.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ensure that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to employee needs.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Create clear, concise, and engaging articles that are easily accessible to employees.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Use HTML and CSS font-semibold"><em>Qualifications</em></strong></p> <ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6"> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">4+ years of experience in a design or content role, with a proven track record of successful projects reaching diverse global audiences.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Passion for creating positive user experiences and improving employee engagement.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong consultative skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience working with ServiceNow, HR or employee experience preferred.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience with HTML, CSS or JavaScript preferred.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar preferred.</span></li> </ul>
