The HR User Experience team at Cardinal Health delivers digital experiences to our 50,000 global employees to access services and support across pay & time, benefits, career development and leadership capabilities. We ensure that resources are intuitive, easy to read, searchable and navigable, so that all employees across the globe in various roles, from distribution centers to pharmacies to field sales and corporate offices, can easily get the support they need. We are looking for a UX Designer who excels in a consultative role, adept at understanding user needs and translating them into effective and intuitive designs. The ideal candidate will ensure our products are accessible and engaging for global users from various backgrounds, with experience in research, design and content creation. <ul class=" text-base expectations regarding HR systems and processes.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Analyze data from user feedback, surveys, and usage patterns iterate on designs.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Monitor adoption and engagement to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.</li> </ul> </li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Design: <ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg articulate user needs through a consultative approach.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Advocate for user-centered design principles and educate stakeholders on the importance of UX.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Design user experiences (UX) for HR applications across desktop and mobile, including webpages, articles, chatbot interactions and more.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Ensure that designs are accessible and inclusive for all employees.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Maintain design consistency across all projects and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Work with HR teams to implement new designs and features.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Continuously evaluate and improve the HR user experience and design processes.</li> </ul> </li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Content: <ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6"> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Apply visual design skills to develop compelling layouts, images, iconography, and video content.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Design and maintain a comprehensive library of HR articles, policies and procedures with a logical and intuitive information architecture.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Organize content into categories, tags, and search terms to facilitate easy navigation and retrieval.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify content gaps and develop solutions.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Ensure that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to employee needs.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Create clear, concise, and engaging articles that are easily accessible to employees.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Use HTML and CSS to translate article designs into published content.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Qualifications <ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6"> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">4+ years of experience in a design or content role, with a proven track record of successful projects reaching diverse global audiences.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Passion for creating positive user experiences and improving employee engagement.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Strong consultative skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Experience working with ServiceNow, HR or employee experience preferred.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Experience with HTML, CSS or JavaScript preferred.</li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2">Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch,
