Veterinary Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Support Specialist to assist customers with product-related inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Quickly understand, categorize, and diagnose customer requests through various communication channels
- Document customer interactions and ensure issues are resolved, including follow-ups on escalated matters
- Assist in onboarding and training processes for customers to effectively utilize products and services
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a veterinary hospital
- Understanding of veterinary terminology and workflows
- Experience using or installing veterinary practice software
- Availability to work overnights and weekends
- Empathic and caring attitude in stressful situations
