Warehouse Associate- Brisbane Warehouse

## Key Role Overview The Warehouse Associate leads warehouse operations in a store or venue environment to support game day and retail shopping experiences, driving results through communication and team building. This is a part-time role that supports inventory lifecycle management, order preparation, deliveries, and ensuring warehouse safety and organization while working a rotating schedule including days, nights, and weekends. ## Key Responsibilities - Maintain a neat, clean and organized warehouse. - Oversee the entire inventory life cycle, including processing transfers, tagging incoming merchandise, and restocking merchandise. - Ensure procedures are executed across all aspects of inventory control as required. - Support the team store by ensuring store orders are pulled within given timelines. - Coordinate delivery schedules with management. - Communicate expectations for assignments and projects to employees under your supervision. - Provide training and assistance to new employees as required. - Provide feedback to associates based on observed job performance and knowledge of the work environment. - Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment. - Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required. - Understand and represent Fanatics values in day-to-day work. ## Required Qualifications - High school graduate or equivalent. - Proven ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment. - Execute assignments in an accurate, timely, and safe manner. - Maintain a clean and safe environment. - Availability to work extended hours on game days and during events; available to work varied shifts including weekends, closings, and holidays. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to regularly sit, stand, reach, bend, move about the facility, and lift/carry up to 40 lbs. - Clean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator's license may be required. ## Preferred Qualifications - Forklift certification per OSHA standard is a plus. - Prior management or supervisory experience preferred. - Experience with inventory control processes and retail/venue operations. ## Compensation & Benefits - Salary range: $16.78 - $19.00 per hour (base pay only; does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation). - Final base pay is determined by factors including location, experience, qualifications, and training. ## Additional Information - This position is part-time and will work a rotating schedule including days, nights, and rotating weekends. - Game day scheduling may require extended hours and may expose the role to varied outdoor weather conditions if assigned to an outdoor shop. - Physical demands include regular sitting, standing, reaching, bending, moving about the facility, and lifting up to 40 lbs. - The role supports Fanatics Commerce's retail and venue operations and requires alignment with company values and standards.
