This role supports production and shipping operations by ensuring materials are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently under close supervision.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Receive, inspect, and label inbound materials and deliveries. </li><li>Pull, deliver, and stage materials for production and packing. </li><li>Accurately assemble and prepare customer orders for shipment. </li><li>Restock inventory in designated locations, ensuring neat and organized storage. </li><li>Support inventory control through physical inventory counts and cycle counts. </li><li>Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. </li><li>Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions. </li><li>Report material discrepancies, damage, or shortages to supervisors. </li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies. </li><li>Keep work areas clean and organized; perform daily housekeeping tasks. </li><li>Assist with other duties and cross-functional tasks as needed. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience. </li><li>Forklift experience. </li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly and carry items for extended periods. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. </li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills. </li><li>Mechanical aptitude is a plus. <br><br></li></ul>$18-$22/hour<br><br>If you have questions about this posting, please contact support@lensa.com
