JOB TITLE: WEEKEND SCHEDULER

Rate: Php 178.57 per hour

Work Type: Part-time | WFH/Remote

Working Hours:

• Friday: 5 PM - 10 PM EST
  

• Saturday/Sunday: 8 AM - 8 PM EST
  

Start Date: ASAP

The position we are seeking to fulfill is a scheduler for Registered Nurses (RN,s) to send to our elderly clients. The new member would speak on the phone to the RNs and our elderly clients to coordinate the schedule. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering phones in a professional and courteous manner
  

• Assisting with scheduling appointments for nurses and elderly clients
  

• Handling a large volume of calls efficiently and effectively
  

• Providing friendly and helpful customer service to callers
  

• Performing administrative tasks as needed
  

• Utilizing computer skills for data entry and record keeping
  

• Communicating via call
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English, really good English with neutral accent, will be speaking with elderly clients and nurses
  

• With CSR background and used to dealing with people
  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  

• Professional phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor
  

• Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and good computer skills
  

• Ability to learn new systems quickly, they are using Matrix system (software system)
  

• Ability to handle urgent situations effectively
